Wendy's

No problem waiting for fresh food if it's correct and hot when I get it. Which was not the case again. Fries ordered no salt. Took 15 minutes in drive thru to get cold hard salty fries. Nuggets were Luke warm as well. Had to go it and wait another 5 min for fresh ones. Then got home and realized my sandwiches were suppose to be no onion and had onion on them. So what did I really wait 15min. In drive thru for? 5 or 6 people working at least.

I usually opt for DoorDash, but I decided to drive to my local Wendy’s after a long, difficult day. My frown turned upside down because of an employee named Paris at the drive-thru. I have a hard time seeing the menu from my car, and he was incredibly patient while I ordered. He made my lemonade with the perfect amount of ice and let me know the wait was only because he wanted to make sure my fries were fresh and not the last of an old batch. His kindness, tone, and genuine care was so refreshing. We need more people like Paris. Now, instead of opting for doordash, I will making my late night Wendy’s trips in person. 😌

They definitely hate their jobs which is valid, but can yall please just give me what I ordered at least once? I order a bacon and cheese baked potato and they give me baconator fries. I order baconator fries and they give me plain fries. Like bruh it’s not that hard. Yall need a new manager or something. Also if you keep running out of potatoes 5 hours before you close then maybe you’d think to prep more😐 No hate though.

We ordered online. Not that busy. Came im around 11:15am. We ordered a plain chicken sandwhich, a baconator no mayo, and a regular baconator. Got our food, mayo on both baconators, and all the toppings on our chiclen sandwhich, went back in and told workers, they said they would make it again. Went back in got our food, still mayo on the baconator. Chicken sandwich was fine now. Went back in and told workers they got it wrong again. They said they would make it again. Went back in and finally got it right. Third time is the charm. Wasted 30 minutes.

1-star review for Wendy’s. I had an absolutely horrible experience. The staff member, who appeared to be Mexican, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and showed discriminatory behavior toward Asians. They deliberately made things difficult, refused to prepare my order, and forced me to wait over 30 minutes before finally making the food—without any apology or clear explanation. This level of service is unacceptable and completely against basic customer service standards. I am deeply disappointed, will never return, and do not recommend this location to anyone who doesn’t want to be treated with disrespect.
