Wendy's

I have now had two really poor experiences through the drive thru at this location. The first time a couple weeks ago, the employee was beyond rude when I asked to use the app for a special; “that’s been broken for over three days!” How was I supposed to know that, I don’t frequent Wendy’s, or any fast food restaurant, daily. After the app worked as she begrudgingly tried… there was no apology. Then when I asked her name, she was combative and asked why and asked for my name first, of which I very kindly gave her. Now tonight, the same woman, “Angel” I believe, or so she told me during my last experience was working the drive thru again, and with absolutely no kindness or respect. I get it, the world is a crazy place, but as a professional that manages a large team of employees every day,

Middle aged lady working in the evening told me my free chicken sandwich voucher was only valid on the date displayed on the punchcard. (I’ve redeemed it multiple times outside of the date, even by the manager). Voucher clearly states one use per week. Canceled the rest of my order after being treated rudely. Very abrasive person to be working in customer service.

Very, very bad. The woman who served me on Sunday night, the 11th, didn't give me fresh food as I requested. When I went back to the window to tell her it was cold, she got incredibly angry. I'm never going back there again.

The employees are *so* nice! The atmosphere isn't bad, it's Wendy's! But it's not a cozy Cafe. Definitely come here. The people are so nice.

Just love the spicy crispy chicken sandwich from Wendy’s , the fries were okay.! Chocolate frosty is good and the quantity you get for price is nice. Staff and service can be improved. Will be going back to Wendy’s just for the spicy crispy chicken sandwich.
