Don't eat here. They don't care about you. $22 out of the $33 order was 3 Chicken Wraps with No Sauce, No Lettuce...1 of them was correct but for the other 2, your cook must be looking to get fired or something, because it was just Chicken and Cheese in the paper...no tortilla wrap...just a slimy pile of Chicken and Cheese... I don't know what your cook's issue was with making the order, but this caused me to feel unsafe eating any of the order...I took pictures of the order, put in a dispute to my credit card, threw out the food, and will NEVER order from this location again...I will also tell my issue to anyone I can, as your staff at that location (North Broad Street, Elizabeth) cannot be trusted with food safety or order integrity...oh yeah, and I had to pull up and wait like 10 minute

I don’t really ever write reviews on places but this place always gives me trouble for no reason. Today I go and ask for sauce and was told that will be $1 and I said you gave me bbq for free and I didn’t even ask for that. Is the policy now you only get bbq for free? finally I was able to get the sauce I wanted but why put up a fight over some sauce is beyond me.

Terrible service. Every time I go there, the people working there turn their backs on me and don't take orders. There are long lines, and they're incapable of serving the public. There's a heavyset woman who wears colorful tights. Today, she's wearing blue tights. She's the worst service. She's unwilling, doesn't know how to greet, and throws things around. The worst service I've ever seen in a restaurant. And that woman's service is terrible.

Visited yesterday and the food was hot, fresh and the order was accurate. Everything was clean. The soda machines were a bit of an issue. One worked, the other didn’t. Staff however, could use a bit more training in terms of customer service and demeanor. This store is wheelchair accessible, has a great layout and clean bathroom stalls. There is parking available as well. It’s in a great location in this central area. I dined in as well as carried out.
