Wendy's

I keep making the mistake of giving this place another chance. I did an online order for pick up inside. I get there what was there was all shoved in a tiny bag, I opened it anyway to check & half the order was missing. So I get that, then I drive all the way home just to find all 3 sandwiches are wrong but we attempted to eat it anyway & all the burgers were raw & cold in the middle.I just don't get it. I sent the email with a complaint 0 response to make it right. $40 for 3 meals to go in the trash. Just awful.

I come to this Wendy's pretty often and sadly I go there knowing it is just going to take long. Today I ordered ahead on the app. Got to the restaurant and was told the tenders are in should be another 5 minutes and to pull into a parking space. 15 minutes later I am in the store getting my food. They had it done and either forgot or was too busy to bring it out. The food was cold for my pregnant wife at home. Avoiding this Wendy's the best I can. Not even fast food. Slow cold food.

Burger was good. Not sure what these things are in my fries, but I was there at 2pm, and they were all cold and inedible. I couldn't even bite them in half.

I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal with the new chilli sauce and they gave me an entirely different sauce all together. I also asked for a plain baked potato with butter and they forgot to add butter, salt, and pepper. So check your order before you go. The staff we're memorable.

I had a late dinner after a meeting. I was pretty hungry. Wendy's is always a good place for a fast, good, "fast food" meal. However, this meal wasn't up to the usual Wendy's standard. My chicken sandwich was hot and tasty. My fries? Well less than the normal quality. If I had been eating in their dining room I would have returned them for fresh fries. Mine were barely warm and rubbery like they were sitting under a heat lamp for quite awhile. I was disappointed, but I know the norm so I will go back again and give them a second chance.
