This establishment has great Managers in the evening. Unfortunately, the young lady named Ashley should not be working at the drive thru taking orders. She didn’t comply with Wendy’s protocol intro , she didn’t reiterate my order to make sure my order was correct. Thankfully the evening Manager was there to make sure my order wasn’t missing anything. I recall you had to start washing dishes or making fries before moving up to grill and dealing with customers. Please remove her from the drive thru with customers.

Did a mobile order off my phone and it took them 20 minutes to bring my food they are the then give my food to the wrong car. They all need to be fired

Terrible, all the people there are working with the worst attitude, nobody say hello or good bye, any answers, I just got a chicken Asiago ranch burger, they left the cheese paper on it. The worst experience.

I don’t even know where to start. I came here a year ago and had a rude experience, but decided to give it another try today—unfortunately, it was no better. The food was overcooked, my preorder through the app was missing the sauce, and the cashier, Juliana, was rude, unnecessary attitude through the roof, and handed me a folded receipt. She may be new, but that’s no excuse for poor customer service. When I came back to the store for the missing sauce, I walked in and was completely ignored until an older lady, who seemed to be a manager, kindly gave me two BBQ sauces. I appreciated her professionalism, but overall, the experience was disappointing once again. The energy here is off, and the level of professionalism is just not there. I won’t be returning.

If you're using the reward system on the Wendy's app make your purchase on the app and dont pay at the store. They're very stingy and will lock your account so you cant use your points. I never had this problem at any other store, multiple times.
