Wendy's

This location is newer and it was great when it first opened. Yesterday I went and there is a new A.I. voice taking orders. "I asked if there was any specials not on the menu. It told me everything is on the the screen.So I asked what was on the Big Bacon Classic. Nope. I had to ask separately if it had cheese, if it had tomatoes, if it had lettuce. It immediately asked if I wanted large combo, I said no." I'll be honest most of my reviews are very positive . McDonald's and Burger King have deals that aren't on the "screen". When I got to the drive thru window theyy said 80% of customers don't like the new AI orders. Also, French fries were half full and cold. The lettuce was white not green, tomatoes were good. Not worth $12. Best part was the the fountain coke drink.

What do you say about fast food that hasn't already been said? The restaurant could have been cleaner, however the young lady that was serving me was kind and helpful. The burger was fresh however the fries were over salted. As Wendy's goes, this is by far not the worst.

Drive through Ai. - AI is great unless you want to ask a question on the menu. Went inside and the worker refused to make changes. He was like a robot. Train your people better Wendy's!

Burnt my mouth so bad it left a white sear spot and I couldn't taste anything afterwards. Top bun was ice cold when I went in for the bite. 0/5.

I love going through the drive through they make me smile for one and they make the best chilli around . Thankyou drive through crew!!! Candy h
