We went through the drive thru and the food wasn't correct and it was cold. What happened 😕 my family and I use to love this place but.....attention to detail please and damn, don't serve me cold food I know you wouldn't appreciate that. Get a Monster and wake the heck up
Why does my bun have mold on it? Is this something you really don’t check before serving customers? Absolutely appalling and disgusting.
Employee was Frustrated That I asked for Water and Barbecue Sauce. They Charge Extra for Barbecue Sauce if you want it to go with your chicken sandwich. Is that a new thing at all Wendy’s?
Fries taste like soap so bad that it leaves a horrible after taste. But the worst part is my hamburger that's drowned in mayo and ketchup. And there was nothing else on my burger. Instead of making me a new burger they gave me some pickles and onions.
April 2022...Normally very good, except for the maple chicken bacon breakfast sandwich this morning....rubbery and old. No phone number to call back, so posting. Initial post 2 stars (1st pic) May 2022....Nice turn around, so I have to do a good post when they do. Had a very good chicken biscuit this morning. Edited (4 stars, 2nd pic)
