Wendy's

I got a biggie bag for my younger son and a large baconator meal for my older son. Got Sprite to go with the large meal, and Barq's root beer to go with the biggie bag. I shared the large fries with my older son. They were perfect- not too hot and the right amount of salt. My younger son only wanted the burger and small fries, so I drank the root beer and ate the 4 tiny nuggets, lol. The nuggets are a bit smaller than McDonald's and while they tasted ok, I wouldn't eat them again. I don't like that 'filler' kind of chicken that comes out of a machine and is shaped into a nugget. I prefer real chicken breast. This Wendy's was easily accessible as we were on our way home, and it only took about 5 minutes in the drive-through. Both the person who took our order and the person who took payment

Chinchy with the sauce. Spent $54 dollars for 3 meals and 2 nuggets. Received 2 sauce packets and asked for 1 more after receiving our meal. The attendant demanded an additional 50 cents. Wendy’s is raising prices and cutting service. I wonder how much good will and business is lost over such a ridiculous cost recovery edict?

Went through drive thru, waited over 15min. Order charge correctly. Got home notice salad wasn't full in container. Call back to store l, Mgr ( Rebecca),stated out of lettuce and when I stated I should had been inform of that. Then she said we are required to make them smaller portions now. Just bought the same salad on 12/1/25 and it wasn't like this one. No more of my money be spent on a salad there again.

Go to the other Wendy's. This staff can't be bothered to simply take and provide an order. They rush you as you're ordering, upgrade sizing when not asked to, dont provide totals or receipts without asking, and are simply unpleasant. After receiving sub par service, you'll be served cold food.

They said there machine was down cash only, I had enough thankfully for the food, asked for 1 ranch and lady wanted $.50 more, great customer service, def never coming back
