Wendy's

Unfortunately my experience today has made me sick 🤢 today , I was served raw chicken tenders, and they had me to wait 10 mins for them and they still were raw 😭😞 I got all the way down the street and noticed they were rubbery, and see thru, horrible I went back and spoke with a drive thru employee and they went to get a manager to see the raw chicken, she said they would cook them again , I should've got a refund instead will never eat here again 🤬 check ur tenders break them in half before you leave, some people are not taking cooking thoroughly seriously 😳 u will end up sick please check it before biting into it don't get sick like I did today I hope I don't have to go to the hospital 🏥 later, sad 😢 SMH

This location is very rude and nonchalant. They ignored me after calling the cashier 3 times to purchase cookies while I waited on my order. I then asked could they hear me ask they manager acknowledged but I dont appreciate them ignoring me like they was too busy to respond and store was empty... bad customer service

Haven't had Wendy's in a long time, was visiting from my town and figured we would stop. We ordered a large chili with onions and cheese & instead of saying they don't have chopped onions, they just threw a mess of sliced onions that goes on a hamburger right on top of the chili not to mention the chili was barely lukewarm. Everything else wasnt too bad

Sandwich was made incorrectly, called and asked to speak to a manager to make them aware and to see if they could remake it as I head back since I was on my lunch break and running out of time. Only for someone to pickup, I asked for a manager someone else picks up says hello as I state my issue they hang up. Called several times after for it to ring with no answer. Never getting my business again. Update** spoke with the manager today her name is Michelle. She was very professional, apologized as she wasn’t here when I visited the store. Offered to personally make it right when I return.

Horrible experience, the food is never fresh ! The meat is old and overcooked or burnt. The fries are sitting under the warmer so long they look and taste disgusting The scanner for collecting rewards points never works! The customer service is terrible 1/10 it always a bad experience
