Wendy's

The food was good. The fries were kinda on the low/warm side. I ordered the Jr 🥓 🧀 (JBC) combo. They definitely need more help. It took about 20 + minutes to go through the drive through. I cant blame the few workers they had there, its not their fault.

I had this Wendy’s as a 5 star review for the last few months. Continuing lack of quality, poor food taste and issues with orders has made me switch this to 1 star. For example, I ordered a large fry and was given the attached photo. Additionally, the staff refused to give BBQ or Honey mustard sauce.

Great customer service! Super sweet and attentive. I love the kids corner they have. My daughter enjoyed it :) will come back!!!

We had a great experience at this Wendy's near Pasadena recently. Tammy took and filled our dine-in order, I believe she was a manager. She was fabulous, could not have been more pleasant, helpful, and on-the-ball! She was definitely inspiring her team to work hard too. The food was hot and fresh, just like you want it to be and this was at a weird time of day, maybe 2:30 - 3pm or so. We'll definitely be back.

Not the fastest, but food was just right. I could tell this team today was hustling and accomodating to my order additions. Host Name on receipt: Dionna. I used to work food service... great breath of fresh air compared to the Wendy's closer to my house.
