Wendy's

The food is good because it's a chain. It's hard to mess that up. However it's a roll of the dice on whether you get what you ordered. Feels like it just depends on who is working. I order the same thing everytime and eveytime they ask different question and give me different food.

We walked in as they were switching to lunch. No one was at the counter to take an order. We waited for about 5minutes a guy walked and said “ oh, she’s in the bathroom.” Then walked away. After about another 10 minutes they took our orders… the food was cold. I went up to ask for mayo and was waiting for about 10 minutes for anyone to come to the counter. I had 3 or 4 people in the back make direct eye contact. I figured they would come but they didn’t I had to shout back can I get some mayo? Then a young lady came to the counter confused she said we don’t have mayo packets just containers… I stood there waiting… confused… then she walked up with one single mayo packet that they don’t have… tossed it on the counter and walked away.. I went to my table. We ate our cold food… now I feel sic

Disappointed the past two times I've been to this Wendy's first time I order a double stack with bacon it was suppose to have 2 patties with cheese, bacon, and the works what I received was two patties with only cheese..so this time I decided to play it safe and order a Jr bacon and cheese with the works..I will say this time they did actually add the bacon BUT nothing else no sauce , now toppings like what the heck? At least this time my burger was $3 instead of $9 but come on do better Greenville Wendy's. At the prices point and service I will better to just go to DQ from now on.

I'm a Dasher, time is money! This place doesn't seem to care. If there was a 0 available, I'd choose 0! I cringe to accept a dash for this restaurant because of the wait time getting the order picked up. 5 employees behind the counter running around like it was their first day, three customers waiting for help and their food in front of me. No communication with customers unless you said something. Apparently, there was a shift change happening. Two managers standing at the register talking. Nobody said anything about what was going on? Apparently the meat for my order was not even on the grill yet. Guys, when there is a shift change you let the customers know what's happening. Customers come first! Waited 20 minutes for the order to be completed.

There are only 2 things consistent at this Wendy's: They are ALWAYS out of baked potatoes and they will ALWAYS forget/mess up something on your order. And if you ordered through the app, which this location has had issues with as well (went to order at 7pm, open til midnight, app said it would be ready at 10am tomorrow?!) there is nothing that can be done about reimbursement for missing food (like the mentioned baked potato.) I can go to any other Wendy's in the surrounding areas and not have any of these issues. Wendy's of Greenville, do better.
