12/06/2025 around 6:15pm We just purchased two meals and a spicy chicken sandwich at the drive through in Greenwood, SC. I started eating the thin side and when I took a bite from the thicker portion I gagged at the texture. It is RAW! And of course no receipt was given. I am absolutely disgusted! Newly opened and already failing. Seeing the other reviews, I will be notifying corporate. Even if they're privately owned, the franchise should be put on notice.
Had to wait 30 mins for everything in my order to be WRONG. Messed up the entire order, left out food. This was my second time trying this place. The first time was just as disappointing. Don’t eat here smh.
Very rude and disrespectful. When asked if they could make the order correct they said to take it or leave it. The manager is rude. Restraunt was nasty
Customer service is not good. I started eating Wendy's in the atl and they taste nothing alike. Girl hands in drive thru was dirty it was on my cups and debit card. Never again
I've sat in the drive thru twice but I couldn't wait out the time it was taking to take an order. Not trying again.
