The cashier in the drive thru was very nice! The people who collected and prepared our order, did a horrible job for paying $32.00, here on Dixwell Ave. When I order a signature salad, let me know, if you do not have all ingredients...how do I have an apple pecan salad but no pecans and 2 little cheese crumbles. My son got a biggie bag, he didn't have any fries. I'll be back the day after Christmas to get my stuff(that's how come I'm on here posting proof) #keep inventory #communicate to the paying drive thru customer # EverydayEverytime! # DoYourBestWork!

Wendy’s used to have the best spicy chicken sandwich around. I got a free one this week from T-Mobile and I was extremely disappointed with this thin processed chicken version they are serving now for almost $7.00 and then if I wanted BBQ sauce for it because I don’t like mayonnaise, I had to pay extra for it. Extra for a little Bbq sauce? Wendy’s, you can keep your sauce!

I ordered 2 of their chicken maple breakfast sandwiches and both of them are sad looking with a cheap piece of egg instead of chicken, totally inedible. I feel like I was robbed. And the card reader in their drive through wasn’t working so I had to go inside to get it. Other people were complaining about getting the wrong order too, awful service.

The staff is extremely rude, we ordered our meals at drive-thru and showed a coupon on the app at the window. She did not even look at the coupon, ignored that she cannot put it along with the order. When we asked how to get it, she raised her voice saying 'how am I supposed to assume that you are bringing this to order'. We waited for 15 min to get cold and dry food. The Wendy's in North Haven is so good regarding service.

The service here and the food is fine as any other Wendy's, but my issue lies with the charging practices. Several times when ordering combos, I've been upsized without being asked and then charged for the upsize. During my visit today, I was told only Medium and Large combos exist for the main items as well as the biggie bag/similar meals. Every other franchise has smalls, and never would they upsize/charge without first asking. Again, the staff has always been kind, but the practices here are shady, and if I'm not careful, have cost me on more than one occasion.
