Wendy's

Drive through is ok. Fries are good, most of the time. It's dirty behind the counter. Food on the floor. Usually get order right. Unlike McDonald's. Check your order. They have screwed up a few times.

The food is great, I always left satisfied. Their sweet tea is arguably the best sweet tea there is. The workers and staff there have always been nice. The only issues I can think of are the cleanliness, and the occasional mix up of orders. The second one can be ruled out mostly due to the fact I've been here hundreds of times. Despite moving to Tennessee, this Wendy's in my hometown is still my favorite I've ever been to.

We just got food here and they don’t have any sauces aside from the new signature sauce and scorching hot. They apparently don’t have ketchup packets or BBQ… those are the most simplest sauces you need to have at a fast food restaurant. The workers attitude especially “Amelia” was completely unacceptable. Rude, big attitude and ignorant. We got to the window and asked for a cup carrier because we had 4 drinks… gave an attitude saying “no cup carriers” and shut the window. If I could give 0 stars on the service I would.

June 13th 2022 The drive through was moving along at 6:45pm, but the lot was empty, so we decided to just dine in. The AC felt great, but the employees all looked miserable behind those classic plastic covid barriers hanging from the ceiling above the counter. The girl that took our order looked drained and could barely crack a smile. There was a very large puddle of liquid by the condiment area, which everyone had to walk through. Everywhere we walked, we stuck to the floor. Almost every table needed cleaned and swept up, except for one booth and one small round table for two. There were 2 others that came in behind us and the male in his 80's was clearly as disgusted by telling me that he might need a life jacket to get to the napkins. If you go to the one near Giant warning you might be lucky but they mess up so many of our orders a number of times. It's cheaper than other fast food places. But to me it's too greasy and not caring about their service.
