Wendy's

Worst experience tonight. Even McDonalds has better food and service. Ordered on screen because cashier seemed busy. Order was JR bacon cheese burger, small fries and coffee with cream/sugar. Paid $11 and change. So upon receiving my food as told by cashier " eh about your coffee I cannot give this because we close about 2pm "..."normally we don't have...". So asked for a refund. Cashier replied, "oh I don't know about the refund". Said what? why? He immediately replied " thats why I going offer you large drink instead". Of course, I did want a coffee so settled for a large cup of ice instead. That's $2-$3 price. So the food. Fries was probably only thing worth what I paid for. The sandwich is cold or hot? Meat should be hot right. Everything cold. Even the bun tasted old. Had a hard crust

Unfortunately the large fries that came with the my combo meal appeared to be 1/2 empty! The drive through and delivery from here is always disappointing.

I ordered the Cobb salad through online ordering and I noticed that when I sat down to eat it, there was no chicken or bacon on it. No meat whatsoever. Staff need to do better in quality checking orders. This is crazy. A complete waste of money!!

Went thru drive thru ordered the Cinnabon pull apart .. You would think you'll have at least nice and hot right nope . Da fricken thing was hard and cold .. So that means you paying for something suppose to be hot/warm and ready to eat. Until you realize it's hard and cold and you have to heat it up yourself ....No can That

Newer updated restaurant. Several empty tables that were dirty. Found one kinda clean. Handed a sticky cup for my drink. Service wasn’t friendly it was just, there. At one point kind of ignored me…by…taking…their…time…acknowledging…me. That kind of behavior that only some people would ever understand and or recognize. Unfortunately, it’s perfectly pervasive in these islands. I ate in the restaurant as I was going to go through the line outside for a school fundraising car wash when I was done. The french fries were not fresh nor were they hot. The chicken nuggets were warmish and crisp. The hamburger was awful. The bun was hard and had crumbly texture almost like a gluten free bun. The meat was cold. Hands down the worst Wendy’s I have ever eaten at. It is the only Wendy’s I have been to i
