Wendy's

We use to come here often but it began to take forever to get our food. So we had to find a different place to get food quicker. The people were friendly just seemed to take a while. Today we decided we had some time to wait if we needed to. Today, we ordered pretty much the same as always and before we could fill out drinks and put lids on, our food was ready. We watched and were amazed at how quickly they were serving customers as we are. Employees were also friendly.

This is the second time I’ve come to this particular location and your staff have been rude both times. I understand that clients may be rude and/or entitled as well, and that it can be frustrating (I worked in food service through high school), but I have been kind and non-Problematical both times I have come. This first time I came a dark gal (don’t worry, I’m dark too), I believe with a first name that started with “Z”, was absolutely rude and when I finally addressed it with curiosity her response was, “You’ll be fine” as she walked away from the window. I was met with a rude server at the window again today because I (politely) corrected an order as she charged me for two items when I had only asked for one. So I just waited in line for over 20 minutes. First all no sodas available. Second I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. After waiting over 19 to 15 minutes they told me they were having to cook the chicken. Finally around 10 minutes later is get sandwiches. When I got home the below is what I had. Someone must have been hungry. The piece of chicken covered less than half the bread. Not good. Will not be going back. Too much money for basically a nugget on a bun.

Multiple items from my order were missing. Really disappointing when your hard earned money and don’t receive what you pay for. What a joke. These people need to be making minimum wage since they have minimal care for what they do.

This Wendy’s used to be decent when it was first opened. The last few times my family and I have eaten from here, half of our order has been left out. The staff is too worried about getting orders out by a certain time than making sure that orders are full filled correctly. I don’t recommend this Wendy’s. Please visit a different Wendy’s because trust me, there are some others that actually care about the service they are providing.
