My husband’s and I ordered a four chicken sandwiches through DoorDash on 8/29/25 at night. Two out of four of the sandwiches were raw in the middle. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR FOOD
I got charged for ranch? Like what? And my service wasn’t the best but I will say. The lady that took our order was amazing!!!! Definitely give her a raise! But the guy pretty sure he was a manager was a wee bit rude and brash.
Ordered 3 of the $8 biggie bags because me and 2 others have been cleaning out a garage for 5hrs. Our drinks were all flat, we were not given our nuggets, and after paying we were not given the card used back. We were all tierd and not fully there in the moment so we parked to make sure one of the sandwiches were made right. They brought the card out luckily enough. This is the 5th time in a row mine and others with me have had their food messed up. This was the first time ive been in a year and will be my last, to many times have my food been messed up in a row. Even though my group was often the only one in line.
Dirty,people not friendly. Had a hair in my chili manager through it away after she grabbed it from my hand then got me a new one. Did say sorry not to my face but to the trash can. Dave,sorry that everything you worked hard to build is crumbling, starting with customer service.
We had breakfast that burning hot sauce u guys have absolutley delicious! Will be back!
