Wendy's

Today at Wendy's drive-thru the service was less than satisfactory. I mentioned that my fry portion wasn’t full, she closed the window before I could request fresh fries. Instead, she handed me a full box of the same cold fries. The burger was good.

Had to edit this to 1 star. Jenica it is never OK to use the excuse we are busy for not putting my cheese on the cheesy burger and serving me cold fries after sitting in the drive thru for more than 15minutes. Literally behind one car that got a small bag. I was looking forward to trying the new burger and you failed as the manager tonight. This is, until tonight the best Wendy's in the tricity area imo. No longer my opinion. I'll include pics of both cheesy bacon burgers. Sure some cheese sauce in there, but no cheese slices. What makes this cheesy?

my sister, niece and I went into the restaurant today around 1230 pm, on New Years Eve. The workers were short staffed, and super busy. while we waited for our food, I watched the staff work their butts off. some customers were rude and entitled (clearly they never worked fast food or retail!). The staff stayed kind and patient through the insanity, never slowing down in the 45 minutes I was there. IDK who the manager is, but those workers deserve a raise. The food was fine, I don't generally eat fast food, but my niece is pregnant, and Wendys has spicy chicken nuggets lol..The hamburger and fries were hot, and the frosty was cold. Thank you to the ladies that served kindness and smiles, you got mad hustle!

This is the best I've been treated in a very long time anywhere! A big thumbs up to the Manager/Leaders for this AM, around 8:40, for going above and beyond to fix a simple mistake. Definitely, need to go here instead of Chik-fil-A next door. 🙌

They weren't even busy, watched as half my food sat on the counter for about 5 minutes, they were going to wait an additional 5 minutes for my fries. Took about 23 minutes to get chili fries a burger and 20 spicy nuggs. When I asked if I could take the food because it was for my kid and I didn't want it to get cold, I was informed I didn't order a kids meal, as if that's all a kid could possibly eat. Place was dirty, on my way out about 5-6 Wendy's Employees walked in the front door. Honestly Wendy's needs to bring in a cooperate manager or close this one too. I won't go back inside and if it wasn't for the fact my kid loves those spicy nuggs, I wouldn't go back at all. F for the 5th time in a row Wendy's.
