don’t bother wasting your time going here. it’s impossible for them to get your order correct, even if it’s just asking for something simple like no ketchup. ordered food and that was wrong. had to go back and get the correct food. they didn’t give me the sauce I ordered either. I ask for one ranch and she tells me it’s 50¢. I said I ordered ranch and didn’t get any. she said the cashier didn’t ring it up and she’d have to charge me. You’d think if they already messed my food up and I drove back they’d be able to give me a ranch, but she “didn’t want to get in trouble” so I left without. this establishment is a joke. I’ve had to stop ordering specific things because they never get it right. I’ve worked in food before and it’s not hard to read an order ticket and make the food based on the

In the kindest way possible, these people do NOT know fractions. Every time I order a half-and-half frosty, the vanilla:chocolate ratio gets worse. They used to give me like 60/40, and then it was more like 75/25, at this point they’re not even trying… I got a 1/99 today. I get it’s 10pm and you want to go home, but at least give minimal effort. And they tend to leave big gaps of empty space in the cups too. If I’m paying almost $3 for a small, I want my full quantity. I get it’s not the biggest issue in the world, but when it’s consistently occurring and worsening each time, that’s an issue. Hopefully someone teaches the staff fractions soon. :) ((4 stars for food because it still tastes good))

Worst service I've had in quite awhile! There was a lady already waiting in line when I walked in. After 5 minutes, the girl at the counter who was filling orders finally stepped over to take our orders. Otherwise, she never even acknowledged that we were there--zero eye contact! I do have to say that the food was ready very quickly and was fresh and hot. Most of the dining area seemed clean and in good repair except for the carpet. The carpet was filthy, terribly worn, and is buckling in several places! This store has a lot of good things going on but some of the bad ones brought the overall rating down pretty hard!

It's been at least a month or so since I've been. Probably will be longer. I went through the drive and got a Dave's double. The burger was good, but the fries were horrible. Dried out and no flavor at all. Looked like and tasted like they'd been under a heat lamp for hours. It was nasty. Wish they take more pride in serving fresh food for drive through customers.

This Wendy's is one of the better ones in town. My food order is usually correct and my sandwich order is about 75% correct. I order my sandwiches with everything and have learned to order them "burger build" which has brought the percentage up. The staff is friendly and courteous and wait time isn't bad. **Edit**This Wendy's used to be ok but recently has gone way below average. Got a chicken sandwich that was inedible. For the price, that's unacceptable. I used to manage a Wendy's and there is no way a chicken like that would have gone out the door. No wonder Burger King has taken over 2nd place after McDonald's. Step up Wendy's!! **Edit** Gave another star because of the front counter person, Taylor, who recently went out of her way to help make my visit better. Thanks again Taylor.
