Wendy's

Went to this Wendy's, and I was trying to pay on their kiosk but for some reason the kiosk wasn't working, so the guy up front took my order. Everything was good with the food, the food was hot. They just forgot to put one of the condiments on my sandwich, but the service was good. The guy upfront was very Polite and nice.

Below was my previous review, but of course my it gets worse. Just an hour ago I order from the drive thru get home to find dried out fries and a Baconator with NO BACON!!!! $11.99 for garbage!! Thanks Wendy’s!! ******I don’t think I have ever had fries so bad!! They were not only cold but they looked horrible and they were dry. Looked like they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day or they need to change the oil in the fryer. Definitely garbage worthy.

I came here at lunch time today and the food was awesome. The young lady at the window was very nice but not smiling. The older lady that came by her in the window looked pissed off. Idk but she shouldn't look pissed off and make the young lady look disturbed. Young lady , you was very sweet and if that heffer was mean to you, you need to complain to the higher ups and me as a customer will have your back. The burger was good, in which I've never liked a Wendy's hamburger much at all. If course I forgot that they don't put mustard on their burgers, it wasn't a problem because I had mustard at work, and by the way Wendy's, the mustard along with, mayo and ketchup, make the burger taste way better. Got here on Sunday night at 10:45pm waited at drive up speaker till 11:00 pm. I know they were open because the car ahead of me ordered I seen it was $40. Anyway long story short as I’m typing this review about 5 people pulled up to order and left .

currently in line, there is no line yet it say that at the speaker for over 10 minutes ! i had to pull up to the window to get my order taken. i asked was the system down she replied no we currently switching out “ whatever that means it can’t take over 10 minutes.
