Wendy's

Ordered a Cobb Salad asked for Honey Mustard, told I had to pay for dressing. Only Cobb is included, I said fine , I do not want Cobb just Honey Mustard. Keep the Cobb… agreed to pay , she couldn’t make register work. So, I took Cobb and left. Are things so hard for Wendy’s you have to pay for a little packet of Honey Mustard? Lost my business!!!

I’m a Wendy’s fan BUT I’d give less than one star if I could. Please check your food if you visit this location - my burger was undercooked, chicken nuggets ice cold, my chili was all beans barely any meat, and my potato was so cold and tough. To add to this there were no utensils, no sauce, and no sour cream for the potato. Then I asked for bbq sauce and was told I’d pay .50 for each! Ma’am you never put any sauce in my order. Seriously, corporate needs to get involved and hire staff interested in product quality and customer service. I will be calling to suggest it.

I approached the counter to place an order. The employees were huddled in a group, chatting. They glanced at me, then headed to the back. I waited at least 8 minutes with no service. I left, feeling refused. Not sure what happened, but it wasn't good. I'm a 60-year-old white retired veteran. Hopefully, this is one of the 350 Wendy's locations slated for closure.

Go through the drive thru if you want your order in a timely matter because thr drive thru and door dash orders get priority over orders inside.

Must be independent own. They charge for sauces. Heaven forbid customers ask for sauce. Oh and the app dont work here, i wonder why? Order on the app. Bacon was terrible and overcooked
