Wendy’s I am kind of giving up on the these guys the bbq sauce I hate they changed it I am not a sweet fan like that there old bbq sauce was amazing, these biggie bags , medium bags , small bags what ever they call them employees don’t care how they serve it all items be cold , but they want you to keep moving your car back in fourth waist ing your gas to help there timer out I will be calling the head office for that when i am getting cold food . The fries please change them everyone don’t eat skin fries change to curly do something won’t be going there for a while I can say chicken nuggets is the best just stop serving them cold .

Is this restaurant chain a joke?? This is the SECOND time you all gave me a undercooked, raw, pink Jr. Bacon cheeseburger. The first time when I went to return it, I stood in line for about 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged and I was the only customer in the store. One employee walked to the front, looked at me, and began sweeping. No acknowledgement, greeting, someone will be right with you, nothing. Finally the Manger on duty walked up and said how can I help you. I explained the situation and she asked if I wanted another burger, she took it and walked off. Didn't ask me if I wanted anything for the inconvenience. As a manager serving customers for 19 years and counting, this is simply unacceptable. This time, I went to a second location and asked for my burger to made well done,

Visited 12/01/2025 at 11:09 pm and got the worst meal I ever had from Wendy’s My entire order was wrong dry and cold I will be reaching out to superiors

Just picked up a biggie bag and a number 1 Double and my meat wasn't even cooked. Talk about disgusting and them waiting for lawsuit.

I'm all about people working however if your skills do not match the job then maybe you shouldn't be taking orders. We ordered 2 baconators and a fish sandwich. What we got was 2 cheeseburgers and a fish sandwich. Very disappointed 😞
