If breakfast isn’t being served anymore, that’s fine — but the app and online ordering need to reflect that. My order wasn’t even breakfast food, yet I was still able to place it and then had to wait an extra 30 minutes once I arrived. On top of that, I sat at the drive-through for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I eventually had to say “hello” just to get a response. I’ve worked in fast food before, so I know the headset dings until someone answers — it exists to let employees know a car is waiting. Ignoring it is unacceptable. When someone finally responded, the employee was rude and immediately said they “don’t serve breakfast anymore,” even after I explained my order was only fries and a Frosty. I was then told they “weren’t even open,” which makes no sense conside
I normally love it at Wendy’s. food is normally cooked well and taste amazing. Tonight ,however, just really flipped the switch for me . I asked for a large sweet tea but was handed this . When taking a sip it’s water . Absolutely disgusting . Then the food was quickly shoved in my face and the window closed . The baconater fries covered in cheese and supposed to be bacon chopped up . I am highly disappointed at how I was treated -how the food came out and won’t be returning.
The drive-thru line was long, so I went in and ordered a small strawberry frosty, a small chocolate frosty, and small fries. Service was friendly and fast, and the fries were hot and fresh. We enjoyed mixing the frosty flavors. There is a hand washing station outside the bathrooms.
I have eaten breakfast here multiple times without problems. Nice employees. Sometimes up to 20 minute wait time. Decided to try lunch and unfortunately we were very hungry and took several bites before we realized our baconator burger patties were both raw!
AWESOME at the very least. I love Vanessa!! Always so happy, friendly and upbeat.
