Wendy's

So I went to get a spicey chicken sandwich. There was no one in the restaurant and they still refused to make it because it was 30 minutes till lunch. I said I didn't have a problem waiting for it to be made and was told I had to wait till lunch and then wait for it to be made. Sorry sorry management. It's no wonder they have almost no business even after remodeling.

Came at a good time because it was surprisingly empty in the A.m, ordered the Maple Bacon #1 on breakfast menu. The wedges were fresh and crunchy with good amount of seasoning. Fast and prompt service, staff was courteous. Good value for what you get.

Mobile order.Gilmer rd Longview,tx. I sometimes order Wendy prior to going to work. But this time.....Ordered a combo meal asked for lettuce and received a piece the size of my pinky,received 3 out of 4 nuggets, they forgot my sauce and when ordered lemonade I almost left with lemon water. SMH . On top of that when tried to call the location provided on their site all I got was a fast busy signal used to enjoying going here but no longer.

Krabby customer service but decent Krabby Patty Carpet is sticky and matted down lol Cashier is rude Either way I spent money lol so this Wendy’s lives another day profitably operating 😭🤣

Rude manager. The gentleman at the counter was very kind and patient, but did not seem to be enjoying his job, and I can't blame him, due to the lady that was his manager. She had the worst attitude. The Gilmer Rd. LONGVIEW, TX location did NOT honor their $5 Texas Biggie Bag marketing signage on the window as you walk into the building. They charged us more than $5 per Texas Biggie Bag, and when we asked about the sign outside, the manager came over with an attitude and said, "You have to take that up with my General Manager. We have gone up, and it's more than that now." Service was great from the guy at the register. But we know why there was NOBODY in the restaurant. Nobody wants to PAY for terrible/rude/unfriendly/unprofessional service at a restaurant. You can get food anywhere, and
