Will not be back! I ordered a son of a baconator meal bc I was hungrier than more and I got the same as a biggie bag! I usually order a bacon double stack biggie meal for $7. And I paid $13 for the same thing!!!!!! Oh excuse me, I got a bigger drink. Cold fries, my burger literally had 2 slices of bacon cut in half, that’s it! The redid the store great but the tables and floors are dirty! There’s no napkins, ketchup or straws anywhere, you have to ask for it. And it smells like they clean the floors with dirty mop water. So sad because they used to be great…

I try to be very positive and praise the establishments I review …. I don’t know if it was just a bad night or they are trying to follow their most recent campaign they have plastered on the sign marquee “ misfortune awaits you “ because now that I run it back in my mind everything about the experience was off from the moment I pulled up the drive thru. Started with Miscommunication between me and the staff member on the other side of the mic . Then at the window he hands me a large Coke with no ice and totally flat , so I asked for a fresh one and he said “ it is fresh” I replied there’s no ice … he replied back “ We are out of ice” but it was warm and flat, then he is standing there looking at me like what “ yeah may I help you”… yeah give me the food that I ordered . If this Wendy's wasn't so close to my home I wouldn't come here at all. Every time I get food the sauce packets are forgotten witch is BS since we now have to pay for every additional sauce packet and now I'm not even getting the ones that auto come with the meal. Seriously a billion dollar company and you can't even give your customers sauces like how much in the red are you guys. I'm tired of things in my order being half assed and forgotten. Gonna start taking my business to White Castle at last you get your money's worth there.

This place is just getting worse every month. Why are putting people who can barely speak English in the drive through taking orders. Had to repeat myself multiple times and he still managed to get it wrong. Not to mention the fries are always old and taste like shit.

Fast and friendly service. Clean dining area. Burgers and fries taste good. Only needs to be careful when take photo of foods. Make sure no staffs in there.
