Wendy's

So slow. On my last visit they forgot basic things like straws and sauces. It's hit or miss. Sometimes they get it right. Sometimes it's a minor issue like no napkins or the wrong sauce. If I'm going to do fast food, at least make it convenient by not forgetting things or messing it up. I get the employees are just unskilled low pay labor, but as a customer I expect better. Skip this and pick one of the hundreds of other restaurants nearby. Minus one star for having to get out of my car in the drive thru. Minus another star because it's not like Wendy's is even good for you.

UPDATE 8/4/2023 Drive thru was problematic & eventually had to go inside to pick up my mobile order. FOOD: Readable for the cost. Chicken nuggets were burnt. dipping sauce was missing. Customized drink size & burger fixings were correct. SERVICE: Quick Food and service has been consistent across our visits. The Wendy's mobile app and the drive-thru at this location have worked efficiently for us.

Dont accept an Uber eats delivery here cause youre just gonna stand in thw lobby for 15 minutes while they grab a pre-made salad. Only the taco bell on 28 and the Popeyes up the road rival this place in wait time, and its like that every time.

Believe these low reviews. 1. I heard mice while in the drive thru line making a ton of noise near some sort of food storage bin. 2. I was so hungry I still got my food and I am ashamed. 3. The drive they person purposefully withheld the sauce that came with my meal. I started looking in my bag to confirm and he said oh did you need the sweet and sour sauce you ordered? What do you think, Sherlock?

I get the salads from here and it’s ALWAYS fresh, with crispy lettuce. and the food is always hot. And the guy at the drive through is always super nice, always gives extra napkins when requested.
