Wendy's

When we walked in we couldn’t the door was locked. We had to walk around the whole Wendy’s just to get in the door, the door been broken for six months I don’t know why I still go here we got five dollar biggie bags and there not five dollars they messed up and gave me spicy nuggets and I wanted regular nuggets the spicy ones were cold in the middle and spicy on the outside and it gave me explosive diarrhea they forgot a nugget and a fry in one of our biggie bag. they need to put the fries in the bag.

Floors are extremely greasy. I know they have fryers for fries and nuggets but the entire floor in the restaurant is greasy even in the restrooms. The staff didn't care either. They have two drinks machines. One the ice maker doesn't work and the other one that has ice more the 3/4 of the drinks are out. The son of a baconater had 1/2 of a slice of bacon on the..

Kindness of the young lady working at the window is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars here. Service was really slow at the drive through and not much going on at the location when I was there. I felt bad for the people waiting behind me. The card reader went out while I was there. The cheeseburger is super cold and the fries are stale and seem like they have been in a refrigerator for 24+ hours after they pulled them out of the frier, but the nuggets were actually good and fresh.

Drive thru was long so decided to go inside and order the food to go. New person was running the counter and should have had help from his manager(but didn't),as you could tell he was overwhelmed and didn't know what he was doing. Service took FOREVER, and the food was cold before he even finished getting everything prepared. I didn't order anything crazy either...a nugget kids meal for my daughter, Son of a bacconator meal for myself, and 2 frosties. My sandwich was pathetic and overpriced, the fries were cold and disgusting. I should have just gotten the 5 dollar biggie bag and come out cheaper and the same amount of food for less money. Wish I could get a refund..but no receipt was provided to even inquire. DO BETTER WENDY'S!

Slow slow slow. How do you run out of baked potatoes? How long does it take to make burgers and fries? My goodness this place is tiring. It took 15 mins to get 3 burgers when there was no one in line. I think Chick fil completed 15 in orders while I waited
