Wendy's

I wouldn't normally review a fast food restaurant but this damn place is soo infuriating. I keep hoping they will correct it but it's only getting worse. I've always loved Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich meals since I was a kid and my dad was a GM at one. This location has completely ruined it. The store smells unclean. The employees don't greet you with the exception of one nice older lady and one gentleman with tattoos. Loud, unprofessional behavior if you go inside with employees standing around with dirty tables everywhere. The latest insult is they started slicing their tomatoes so thin they are almost transparent. What's the point of you make a tomato stretch for 50 slices if you ruin the sandwich? Want warm fries? Don’t even bother going inside, they’ll waste your time if you’re not in the drive thru. Unacceptable that i have to wait until 7 cars get their food until i’m able to get mine WAITING INSIDE. The staff here acts like they don’t understand what’s going on and it’s never a good experience when i come here.

Under staffed would be a huge understatement. 10 mins to order and another 15 mins to receive a combo meal. Only see 4 team members working at 6:00 pm on a Thursday night. I felt bad for the guy working counter. He was clearly doing his best but obviously he was overwhelmed. Sadly there is a major fly issue here that needs to be resolved.

Horrible Customer service. Dont rely on them to read your order or the name on your order correctly . They get it wrong every single time . They cant answer the phone so hopefully they dont pay a phone bill.

How can the entire establishment be complete out of drinks except for chocolate frostys and lemonades? But not offer any type of discount for not having soda? It takes forever for them to make your food and take your order as it is. Close it down and start over Corporate Wendy's.
