Customer Reviews
Food is great and on par for what you would want for a small little family looking to meet price and quality. Service, fantastic. Friendly and professional. Atmosphere is great. Tables and floor in the main area are in good condition. Enjoy the family friendly music serenading us while eating. Love the classics. However, the bathrooms could use some significant attention. There is a smell and appearance they are neglected
Food was good and honestly I was impressed with how well they handled a large volume of customers with a relatively small staff. Only complaint is a younger male employee was not treating customers very well. I think he decided that efficiency was more important than politeness. But once again, they ran the store very efficiently.
I live an hour and a half from Moab, so we have been here a few times. My advice - if you want to have a better experience - is to go inside the restaurant and order via the kiosks. When your food is ready, check it and make sure everything is accurate. :-)
We came in when the restaurant was almost empty, made our order, and had to wait for what seemed to me an eternity to have our supposedly fast food. During that time, people keep coming and the queue to get their order kept on growing. I don't know why the service was so slow. The food was ok. Just what you would expect from this kind of restaurant. The restaurant felt very cold and unwelcoming. Not the place where you would want to stay more than necessary. Oh, and the WiFi was very slow too.
Cheapest breakfast in Moab. By far. Fast and easy. Our family of 3 got four breakfast sandwiches, a bottle of orange juice, and a senior-size soda, all for less than $10. (We did the "two for $3" sausage biscuits and egg and cheese biscuits, then took the sausage and threw it with the egg and cheese: sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. With an extra biscuit left over. They have grape jelly to top it, making for a yummy side treat.) Great views from the dining room, and we had quick, friendly service. Seems like most of the negative reviews of this place are criticisms of the employees. Well, c'mon folks; this is a fast-food restaurant (one of the only ones in Moab) and I'm sure great employees are not only hard to find, but nearly impossible to retain. Give them some grace! We love th
