This morning was horrible and if I wasn’t so far I would’ve went back but this is ridiculous! Then I asked for honey butter biscuit this is so dang dry! My iced coffee was disgusting and my seasoned potatoes tasted like old grease Smh knew I should’ve went to the ulm location! This one always have a funky attitude and get things wrong…..but this was the last straw !

I don't know anything about the inside service but I have ordered several times from the window in the burgers are delicious and fresh. I've had no problems with the people at the windows. Be kind to them and they will be kind to you.

I ordered a breakfast baconator this morning and it was missing so much bacon. I said hello to the Latino lady in the drive thru and she gave me a very mean look and slammed the drive thru window. It made me feel so bad because in front of me was a white lady and I heard her say good morning and asked if she needed any jelly or anything. All I got was a mean look and a drive thru door slam. Is it because I'm black? I will never come here again.

My last 3-4 experiences at this Wendy’s have been terrible. Every time they either make me pull up and wait for my order, or back up and pull back up in the drive thru to reset their timer. Then they always forget something whether it’s fries, sauce, or straws. Last night they forgot my large fry, and gave me my large coke in a togo coffee cup because they were out of regular cups allegedly. That didn’t bother me that much. What bothered me was I ordered two medium Frosty’s and they had the AUDACITY to tell me that this was a medium. Honey that’s a small AT BEST. Definitely won’t be going back. Sucks since it’s so close to my house, but I’ll gladly drive to North 18th for better service. 0/10

Errrtime I'd go here i have a bad experience for years now, idk why I keep coming back perhaps I'm on the area or rush, they're just rude and unprofessional.
