Wendy's

March 8, 2026 I have never in my life experienced such a crappy service. To the Wendy’s franchise I hope you reconsider the employees that you have at your Moss Point location. Wendy’s has always been one of my favorite fast food chains but the experience I had today was wack. I had to pull into a waiting spot and when I FINALLY received my food it wasn’t even lukewarm.

Went through the drive thru and it took 35 minutes to get our food. We ordered a baconator combo and a Dave’s combo. They were extremely behind and said they had no fries cooked and ready. Once we got our food, they gave us the baconator combo and a chicken sandwich. We did not order a chicken sandwich. We did not get our Dave’s combo. Im mad. We waited 35 minutes and they couldn’t even get our food right. I don’t know why I’m surprised.

Clean place. Fast service. Staff makes a better hamburger than a lot of other fast food places. I am picky on a hamburger . On a scale of 1-5, I would rate the hamburgers here a 3 which again is way better than other fast food places. Hamburger quality is usually not the staffs fault. It is the national chains who use suppliers of lower quality food which is common today at all fast food chains with some rare exceptions . The workers have no control over that . The Frosty shakes are terrific.

A fast stop for a late lunch. "Junior Cheeseburger Biggie Bag" which is a good deal as I was hungry and looking for quick. I was able to place my order on the Wendy's app from the parking lot and a few minutes later, there it was. While I waited, I could see that the dining room was clean with no dirty tables. The condiments/soda station was stocked and tidy. There was no trash in the parking lot. Burger was assembled properly and fresh with nicely melted cheese. My four chicken nuggets were warm and not hot. The fries were done properly and were actually hot. I was able to fill my cup from the Coke Freestyle machine and got the lemonade I wanted.

Late night stop while on the road. Easy to get to off the highway and back on as well. Good service. No one else there in drive thru, but had to pull up and wait for food. I understand times and all, but it's ridiculous at late hours, to have employees running food out especially when there were no other cars in the drive thru.
