Figured Id go to this wendys bc my only other option was McDonald's....I should've went to McDonald's. Went around 11:30 pm and the crew that was on was NOT friendly (ok cool not my biggest concern) BUT ALL of my food items were cold. No there were no lines no rush or complicated orders. Literally disgusting as if they had food sitting and waiting for the next person that falls victim to this place. Just straight disgusting. Do you know how frustrating it is to get nothing but old cold food when all you wanted was to eat. Never coming here again, the quality of the place just keeps diminishing. Food soo nasty had to write a review. Don't go here🤮

AI at the drive thru kept ordering the wrong thing. The folks at the window had a terrible time understanding me because of a language. Just when I thought my order was rectified, they gave me wrong size side and the wrong drink.

It was clean for fast-food establishment, staff were polite but service a bit slow. Update 08/05. Changed 3 stars to 1. Horrible customer service, staff working for drive true customers ignoring over the counter patrons, young boy at the counter not knowing what to do, thus, service is slow, orders often confused (he needs some training). I left with nothing after spending 15 minutes there. By the way, only 3 customers were in the front of me.

Cheap, fast, and decent. What more do you need from fast food? Well, they use AI instead of actual service for the drive through, which constantly misinterprets you and takes forever to load.
