So we went here made a mobile order and they are clearly open have door dasher inside and there open sign is on and they are open until 2 am we were sitting at the speaker for 5 mins before 12 and no one was answering and cars had went through before too and so we pulled forward and they are like oh the other manager didn’t come in so we are closing they didn’t put anything sign out on the doors or speakers to let us know that they weren’t taking orders we spend 20 bucks just to be told they can’t make our food they are closing cause someone didn’t come in I worked as food service manager for 2 years we would have to stay open even short staffed even just a manager on the floor and they two girls seemed to have an issue 12:04 am 3-10-26 and people are still driving through trying to orde

I went inside Wendy’s at around 8:10 PM on March 9 to pick up a DoorDash order. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. There was a young man and two ladies working at the time. None of them asked who I was there to pick up for. I even showed them my phone with the order on it, and they didn’t bother to look at it. Instead, I was simply told they were very busy and that I would have to wait. I understand that the drive-thru can get busy, but customer service inside the restaurant should not be ignored. I ended up waiting 25–30 minutes while sitting inside. Eventually, I decided to leave. When I walked out, I noticed there were no cars in the drive-thru, which made it seem like they prioritized the drive-thru orders first and then planned to deal with customers in the dining a

Terrible, I did a mobile ordered at 12:00 AM the store says it close at 2AM also the sign clearly says “OPEN late”. I saw other cars in the drive through so I went in the drive through to get my order, I was at the speaker for 10 minutes waiting for someone. I got tired of wait and pulled up to the window and the lady was like oh we are close, I said how because it don’t close till 2:AM then the other lady who ig was a shift manager came to the window with a attitude saying two working didn’t come in nor the manager that was supposed to take over didn’t show up. But it’s weird because why would employees come in to do a 2 hours shift? They are very disrespectful and I will be going back to the store tomorrow to confront a manager about his or her employees that was working that night.

if I could give this place zero stars I would, they’re listed as open until 3 am and consistently close before 10:30, they’re somehow slow even with drinks, and they consistently forget to give straws for fountain sodas. i think this is the third google review i’ve ever written since i learned how to write, i never usually do this, this location is just so bad that i feel like i have to. to be clear: i love wendy’s so much, its my favorite fast food restaurant, but this location makes me never want to go there again because i don’t want to support a franchise associated with that building

Worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had. The app said they closed at 2am I ordered at 12:05 ended up getting my food around 12:50 am. Very unprofessional staff I waited behind TWO cars for 30 minutes then for my food for another ten. Meanwhile the staff were bumping music, making me repeat myself a bunch of times since the cashier couldn’t hear me. The fries were soggy and the food was subpar. I have never written a review before now but I felt like this had to be shared
