Wendy's

Placed our order at 5:00 on Saturday. Large fry—-cold and half full Hamburger—-cold Sour cream/chives baked potatoes, cold, no sour cream Horrible. Must’ve been left over from lunch. Wish I could get my money back. Horrible. The man at the window was hostile. Definitely WONT go back.

We pulled into the Wendy’s in Niceville barely awake after a long stretch of travel, and what could’ve been just a quick stop for food turned into one of the most pleasant fast-food experiences we’ve had in a while. Kat greeted us with such genuine warmth and energy that it immediately woke us up. She happened to be Puerto Rican, and when she heard we had just come from Mexico, we instantly bonded over the shared culture and conversation. It’s not every day you meet someone who is both incredibly professional and genuinely personable at the same time. Kat truly represented this Wendy’s with pride and heart. We kept it simple and ordered a Biggie Bag, but everything was spot on. The chicken sandwich was fresh and delicious, the nuggets were perfectly hot, the fries were crispy and fresh,

Sat in the drive thru line 25 minutes for an online order. Was told at the drive thru, after paying, that they didn’t have all 5 chocolate chip cookies I ordered and can they give me sugar cookies instead. Already paid, what could I do? I ordered 3 extra cheese sauces on the side that they charge $1.00 each for and got about a teaspoon of it. When I looked at the chicken wrap when I got home, I literally couldn’t believe how little of anything is actually inside the ginormous tortilla they use. Their Baconator fries only come w a teaspoon of cheese sauce, fyi. Frosty was melted. Will provide pics, see for yourself. Don’t waste your money here.

Use to be our go to fast food place but no longer. Over the last 40-days, we’ve stopped by four times and each time have been told they have no ice tea, sweet or unsweetened. How the heck does a fast food restaurant not have ice tea? My beautiful wife who when we were dating, worked in a fast food restaurant said for ice tea the team just has to make it and if they aren’t, then it suggests they are lazy and don’t want to clean the dispensers are too lazy to actually make the tea or the management is failing.

My first and last time to eat here. There ws no sense of urgency by young staff. There were no packets of salt aand pepper on the counter. The soda machine could not dispense the drink selected. The food was ho-hum. Lesson learned.
