By far, one of the nicest Wendy's our family has been too! The restaurant and restrooms were spotless, the staff were friendly and kind, and the food hot & fast! Chelsea was the GM on shift, and the team was so helpful! I had a gift card loaded on my app, and they were so helpful getting it to work for our order.
Soda machine never has ice, so the soda is warm. If you get ice at the counter it will melt it immediately and taste bad. If you like good soda, go somewhere else.
Just went to their drive through, payed 50 cents for a barbecue sauce, opened my bag and guess what? NO BARBECUE SAUCE. ALSO, I got no straw???? Other than that the food was good
There where 3 of us at the counter waiting for our food and the employees looked like they where in circus. We stood there for 25 minutes before we got our food. We order about $20 worth of stuff for all three of us. And it took 25 minutes crazy!
My one mini-gripe is that they didn't have a chocolate Frosty. After my quick reaction of Oh, no, I ordered a vanilla one. Yummy. It was cold and creamy. Smooth and very vanilla-y. My Asiago chicken sandwich was delicious too. I even had to let it cool before I could eat it. Love Wendys.
