Wendy's

This is my favorite Wendy’s to eat from, the food is always quick, super hot and fresh. The employees are great, very respectful and friendly. I really enjoy coming here on the weekends and getting some lunch, I drive an extra 20 minutes just to come to this specific Wendy’s because of how good it is, if you’re craving Wendy’s, this is the place to go!

Went in the lobby today. Was greeted by what I assume was the manager or shift leader. Whoever she was. She greeted us with her back turned to us and was mumbling something. Another employee walked up to us at the counter because I said I couldn't hear a word she said. He told us the lobby was closed, it was drive thru only. Then why was the lobby unlocked and no sign on the door? No worries though. Went right next door to Chick Fil A and had a terrific experience as always! No need for the generic corporate response or fake owner response of we are sorry you had this experience and would love to hear from you blah blah blah. Wish there was a way of determining how many sales are given to the Chick Fil A next door because of this poorly paid and always understaffed franchised Wendy's lo

The cashier was rude, didn't give me a receipt, didn't tell me my total, and overcharged me by upsizing drinks without asking. To top it off, half the order was missing, and what I did get was freezing cold. Calling the manager was useless—no accountability whatsoever. It’s a disgrace to charge these prices for this level of disrespect and poor service. Never coming back. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Very impressed with my visit here. The store was clean, staff was kind and helpful, food was fresh. I really appreciate when a place is not run down or staffed by people who don't care about their jobs. Well done, and please, continue providing this level of quality!

Poor customer service experience tonight. The manager disagreed with us when we told them they left out a sandwich in drive through.Three sandwich combos equals three sandwiches. It’s not that difficult. At least it shouldn't be.
