Wendy's

I stopped at this Wendy’s to grab a Dave’s single cheeseburger. I utilized the drive-through and was able to get in-N-Out quickly. The staff was friendly and my burger was as expected… Hot and juicy. This is another typical Wendy’s, a good place to get a good burger… In my opinion

This location is the reason I stopped eating at Wendy's for 2 years. Items would be missing out of people's orders constantly, and when people would come in for the items they paid for, whether they were being chill or aggressive about it, would always be met with anger by the staff. The final straw was when I saw an employee literally yell at a man, in front of his kids, when the guy just said that he forgot their chicken nuggets. Today, sadly, that behavior has not changed. I drove up to the drive through, ordered my food, then asked what the new frosty fusions are, like I said this was my first time in 2 years, the girl on the speak gave me a really annoyed "they're like milkshakes" I just said "oh, I know what a frosty is. I meant are they like new flavors, or mix ins, or something?" A

This is the best Wendy's franchise I've been to. The order is right 99% of the time, the food is made well and the service is very good. I'm disappointed when I go to Wendy's in other locations that and find they don't have the same high standards.

I took my kids and three of their friends here for dinner. Yanelys and staff were very patient and helpful.

During a recent vacation, I visited this location and placed an order through the Wendy’s app, picking it up at the drive-through. Upon returning to my vacation rental, I discovered several items were missing from the order. As it was late, I did not return to the restaurant and instead emailed customer service. I received no response. I then contacted corporate, who informed me that the franchise would follow up. To date, I have received no communication from the franchise. This lack of response and resolution resulted in payment for items I never received, which is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.
