Wendy's

I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive through line, only 3 cars ahead of me. I ordered one burger and a burger meal. The hamburger patties looked and tasted like they had been sitting there since yesterday. Will not be going back to this location. The location off of 85 is phenomenal.

Stopped by for lunch around 2pm. Service was great through the drive thru & food was on point. The fries were hot & crispy, burgers were made perfectly & my daughter loved her caramel crunch frosty.

Waited over 25 minutes for food, no napkins no ketchup for self service. Fries on the well done side.

I had a wonderful experience recently with the manager at this Wendy's. My card was accidentally charged for something not associated with my drive-through order the week before. When I noticed, I called and questioned how we could rectify it. He was very amicable and kind and told me to just stop by the store. I came in and was able to speak with a manager quickly. He was very apologetic and accommodating. He refunded the unassociated charge and gave my daughter a free Frosty. It's amazing the treatment you'll get when you handle human error with Grace. This manager and the rest of the team were very professional and kind.

The young lady who took my order wasnt very nice. The bun on my sons hamburger was rock hard and the tomato on the burger rotten. The fries were less than half full. Ended up having to take my son somewhere else to eat bc his meal was inedible. Sad what Wendy's has become.
