Wendy's

03/03/2026 - Placed an order at the kiosk for dine in for two meals, one being a Son of Baconator. When our food was ready we were given it to go instead of on a tray and the employee told us they were out of bacon, but they made our burger anyway. They just made a regular burger without bacon, half the price of what we paid. We asked why we weren’t told they were out of bacon but the employee just kept repeating they were out. Why was the database for the kiosk not updated? There were no signs saying they were out either. No employee came out to say they were out and offer us a refund or even some other food option either. While we were trying to get answers, another employee just walked up and stared at us while we asked about it, offering no other help, and no manager bothered to interv

This place is horrible. They told all customers to order at the kiosk because the register was not working. The line to order long. Have been here waiting for 40 minutes and they give me the entire order wrong. The fries are cold, the nuggets are cold and hard. There are over 25 people upset about the wait and getting things wrong. The drive thru is backed up. Ask for the chicken tenders they have none guy says they ran out last week. You have one employee making the drinks that is high as a kite. Once people began piling up and screaming a miracle happened the registers suddenly worked again. Yeah right. I love Wendy's and it's my favorite but this location is the worst one I've ever been too. No napkin no sauce wrong food, long wait and only one employee working while the others just sta

This place is absolutely horrible if you can avoid this place try to because 1. The service was horrible took more than 20 minutes to get my and food and no one was inside and there was 1 car in the drive through. And not to mention the workers attitudes, simply asked for a straw because they don't have any in the lobby and he gave me attitude. And don't even get me started on trying to pay at the front counter you will be sitting their for more than 20 minutes they are very disorganized and almost seem like they have no clue what their doing. Compared to other fast food restaurants this is held to a very very low standard.

I would absolutely avoid this place if necessary. They are super slow! Fast food restaurants are supposed to be quick and the workers have no idea what “quick” is. And don’t even think about putting a mobile order in before hand to save time. They will still have you sitting there forever.
