Wendy's

I used to love Wendy's but I just give up. I'm a forgiving person so even though my husband was totally fed up with this place as of a couple years ago I still go once in awhile but I guess the only thing worth going for is a frosty. The only part of our order that wasn't cold was the chicken nuggets. Apparently a bacon double stack is just a pathetic Jr cheeseburger with 2 pieces of bacon and no toppings whatsoever. It's really annoying when you've had a busy day and want a quick meal but you have to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get the right hot food after paying $25 and then you get home and this is what you find...

I think I spent a whole 15mins in the drive thru. Waiting atleast 1 minutes and the speaker and then waited again at the window. They were so lost they had to ask if I had paid yet or not. They also have all the Halloween signs out stating they have the Halloween stuff but nope. Ordered a kids meal for no reason becuase it didn’t come with what was advertised. And the nuggets were cold and hard like they have been sitting for a long long time. What a joke.

HOT AND FRESH! What a Pleasant experience. The chili is Hot and chunky. Burger was Fresh. Lemonade is smooth. Make this a quick stop. Worth it!!

Food is good, when they FINALLY get the order right. Poor customer service! Don't go there if you are pressed for time. Not fast food.

I stopped in at this Portland location, the manager, Derek and staff member Shelly rock they made the visit 5 star I recommend stopping and saying hello.
