Wendy's

I’ve ordered an apple pecan salad at other Wendy’s and really enjoyed them. However, the salad at this Wendy’s is old. The lettuce is tinged with brown and pink spots. The apple was frozen at some point and thawed, and isn’t fresh. The blue cheese isn’t delivered in a side container like other Wendy’s. It arrives on the salad with the warm chicken, gross. I won’t return to this Wendy’s franchise again, lesson learned!

Customer before play with it and didn’t want it so they just gave it to the next guy !!!! This wouldn’t cost you anything Wendy’s !!!! This is sad and shameful!! Was really going to enjoy this !!

Asked for Honey Mustard instead of ketchup. I was told it was .50 extra for honey mustard. Lady was kind of rude telling me too. Ill pass. Insane that condiments are not a courtesy anymore. Whats nexr? Charging for napkins.

Different location, same experience. Wendy’s food is solid when it’s right, but order accuracy continues to be hit or miss. For fast food, consistency should be a given. With prices where they are now, it’s frustrating to pay more and still not get exactly what was ordered.

Drive-through cashier attempted to steal from me. Refused to tell me the total, attempted to shortchange me, and did not provide a receipt. Day shift is very nice, never had a problem. Stay away at night.
