Wendy's

My burger was ice cold, despite melted cheese – clearly not fresh. My junior fries were cold and sparse. I waited for nuggets, but nothing else was fresh. The manager inexplicably turned off drive-thru lights 10 minutes early while I was still there. When I complained about cold food, she claimed ignorance, then kept repeating "we're closed," even though they just took my money. She offered "warmer fries," returning with old, burnt pieces in her bare hand – no glove. The cashier even slammed the window in my face. The whole team seemed aware they were serving me garbage. It's unacceptable to take my money but refuse quality service. This blatant disregard for food safety and customer service means everyone involved should be fired. A refund or honest refusal would've been better than this

30 minute wait for chicken tenders when there are no other cars in the drive thru is ridiculous. Next time just communicate? A simple “it’s gonna be a wait for tenders is that okay?” And I would have easily gotten something else. My drink is watered down…

Aaron that works the front every Sunday is honestly the best customer service we've ever had at any Wendy's! He's polite and professional and it's so refreshing given that so many people in the service are lacking these amazing skills! If Wendy's was smart they would offer this kid an opportunity for fast advancement as he's awesome! I've heard others compliment him as well as we dine in every Sunday. Thank you for having your absolute best Wendy's! Aaron deserves a raise!!!

So the staff is kinda slow going, although a couple seem focused. The food had a foul odor to it, I can’t even explain the smell but it was sour and rotting. The manager said it’s a problem with the freezer/oven, or something. I’d recommend the FDA take a visit here immediately and the store figure out a way to solve this issue. My stomach hurts after just a couple bites, and I usually really enjoy Wendy’s breakfast. It’s a disgrace to fast food to experience stuff like this. Also, although the staff was slow they were professional and reasonable.
