weird experience at window. soda tastes way off and breading on fried chicken is so stale it’s all i can smell in my car. eating the sandwich without chicken. time and $10 wasted
A little surprised. Service was extremely slow...I'm not talking food delivery. I am talking counter. We were the only guest on a Saturday at 11:00 am and no one a counter. Eventually the individual from drive thru took our order. Friendly gentleman. Tables were not wiped down. Felt dirty. Wife's hamburger bun stale. I used to love spicy chicken sandwich but somehow this wasn't same. Quality was down. Just ok. At least the temperature was nice and warm.
I really try to give this Wendy's the benefit of the doubt but they just keep shoving it in my face. So now only does the food be cold all of the 4 times I have been through the drive through. Sent my husband over there today and ask for them to freshly make my burger for me. Oh they made it fresh alright. It's still got blood running out of it! What happened to "FRESH, NEVER FROZEN" WENDY'S GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER
I got terrible service and an inedible burger. I went tonight for the first time in two years. I thought I would give them another chance since they used to be good. I remembered why I stopped going. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with mayo and pickles only. I got up to the window, and the guy repeated my burger order, with none of the other stuff I requested. I corrected him. The manager marched to the window, not acknowledging the mistake and told the guy that me adding bacon was $1.50. His name is Rico. He gave me a dirty look. The cost is fine, it's the way the manager behaved that was the issue. His tone was like I purposely didn't order bacon so I could get it free. I ordered the bacon and the drive through guy got it wrong. He should have apologized for the mistake and told me it wa
