Tried the chicken tender wrap with honey mustard that Kater recommended and really liked it. Also got a $1 spicy chicken sandwich thanks to trackhouse racing Daytona promotion. Kater did an excellent job and hooked me up with the food!! Thank you Kater!! Hope I spelled your name correctly.

Royally messed up my Grubhub order, completely different meal than what i ordered. Paid for Asiago sandwhich combo, they gave me someone else's order

Drive thru with an online order 5 cars directed out of line to park and wait. Took almost 20 minutes to get a cold order. What is happening at this location? If they're understaffed due to the holiday, don't take it out on the customers- close that day.

Me and my sister went around 7:30 pm tonight. The guy taking our order was nice but that's about it. When we pulled to the window to grab our food the lady seemed to be in a bad mood already, asked us to pull forward. When I did, I guess it wasn't forward enough for her so she yelled "get off your phone" out the window. Not the worst but she could've been nicer. When she came to give us our food I was trying to be nice and just said thank you as I grabbed the bag and she just rolled her eyes. When we got home we saw that it wasn't even the correct order. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich combos and they gave us some hamburgers, and chicken nuggets. This was my first time at this place and it was such a bad experience. These employees need to be retrained in customer service.

We showed up at about 9:30pm (almost closing time). We were treated well and we were not rushed out the door. Food was accurate and the person who handed us our order was very polite and made us feel welcome ( I don't remember his name but he had glasses). I'm pretty loyal to Wendys. Food and prices are well balanced. The above average customer service is what made me put the extra effort to write this review. Thank you!
