Wendy's

I ordered a burger and chili. The burger was fine. It took half an hour for the chili to cool down enough for me to be able to eat it. Wow, the frickin' steam coming off that chili! I like the 90's dance music they play, it's cool.

First visit to this Wendy's. The food was FANTASTIC. My fries were extremely fresh and hot, and the nugs and burger were delicious. The place is massive and clean. The staff were average. Overall, a great visit. Great for a quick bite.

Workers' aware of the state of the drink machine spewing drink flavorant and dye, as it had gotten on an employee but made no strides to make customers aware or rectify the issue until potential solution brought up by poster. Employee contacted manager who suggested a meal voucher that would not come close to the cost of clothing items ruined.

Who ever was managing today knew the orange soad was spraying guests and did not pull the cartridge or hang a sign warning people. His solution was a free meal. A $6 meal does not compare to my new shoes! This is them after attempting to clean them in the bathroom. He still did not pull the cartridge by the time we left. Very upset. We are attending a dress up event and I'm stained.

I order delivery here a lot. Today however I did not receive 1/3 of my order. The food that i did receive was cold. Ordered directly in app. Tried to work it out with Wendy's delivery customer service which is via DoorDash. They would only refund for the missing food item without refund on tax paid on it and no compensation for delivery cost and having to reorder delivery for missing food. Could not get them to redelivery the missing food without a reorder. Ended up out another $9.50 in delivery fees to reorder. Then it came with cheddar cheese in the chili when I did not request that. Frustrating.
