Sorry for the blurry of my pictures but me and my ordered the Asiago spicy chicken sandwich. They told us to pulled up and wait because the chicken patty is still cooking so we waited like a good 15 minutes. Checked our foods before leaving. Got home and ate almost halfway of the sandwich and me and my husband literally chew on some raw chicken. Like come on.. if you’re such in a rush of cooking the chicken and don’t have the time to even cooked the chicken the fast food is not for you. Like people get sick of eat you know. We paid for our foods with our hard working money. So please make sure everyone’s foods is cooked before handling it out to them. We had to cooked it in the air fry to make sure the chicken is cooked.

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. No answer at the intercom so I went inside. Once inside I waited another 15 minutes to order. After I ordered it was another 15 minutes before they told me it was going to be 8 minutes on tenders.lol. I'm just tickled at this point. 10 workers nobody can stay focused enough to actually work.

They cooked the fries till they were bricks. I was late for work so couldn't get fresh fries. Will never go back. I know they wouldn't eat them why should we have to. I did get a few that were good. But 98% were bricks. Do better for ur other customers

service was terrible. Employees did not greet customers. When waiting in line it almost seemed liked customers were bothering them more than anything. No customer service at all! There was an employee children sitting in the lobby. 2 girls, one still in a stroller and the oldest sitting in the chair no older than maybe 5 years old. She was quiet for the most part, but no kid can stay quiet long. The mother (employee) came to check on them every 5-10 minutes. The cashier was unpleasant. Didn’t greet nor talk. Didn’t even tell me my total, I had to look at the screen myself as he just handed me my cups and walked away. I ordered 4 DOUBLE Krabby Patty meals for my family and I and when I got home they were all SINGLE patties. Tried calling the store back and received no answer. I let the pho

We ordered on the app. Getting through the line was not a problem. Ordered a burger with lettuce for a bun. As a former Wendy’s employee I had ordered with the assumption that all condiments would be on the side. And look at the mess I received. No napkins no silverware on my way to a funeral literally can’t be serious. I can’t even turn around.
