Wendy's

Not special. Not particularly good or particularly bad. Had a double bacon deluxe, a classic chicken sandwich and fries. Burger was fine, lacking flavor as Wendy's always does, but fine. Chicken sandwich was very disappointing. Filet keeps getting smaller and drier every few years. Not good. Fries were like the burger, unremarkable, but kinda did the job.

Super swift service and polite employees. My fries 🍟 were cold even though they were packed 🤯 So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa. 👌🏾

The staff at this Wendy’s are absolutely incompetent. We stopped here on our way back to Canada for a quick meal and it turned into a complete disaster. We stood at the counter for several minutes while an employee (female with dark hair) just stared at us and made no effort to take our order. The place wasn’t busy at all, we were the only people in line, the drive thru was not busy, yet they acted completely uninterested in doing their jobs. We gave up and went through the drive thru, which somehow managed to be even worse. We ordered a chicken caesar salad, a large combo, and two JBCs. After paying, the cashier (female with long blonde hair) told us they were out of caesar salads. I switched to a 10 piece nugget and handed her the receipt to refund the difference. My husband and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat passing through and literally had the best service we’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Octavio gave 110% service. Definitely went above and beyond and the entire staff was so friendly and clean.

My order came quickly—faster than the Wendy's at home—with a busload of people ordering at the same time. I see others had long waits in the past, but whatever they were doing today, they got it figured out. 5 stars to compensate.
