If I could leave a review with negative stars it would still not serve as an appropriate reflection of this dumpster fire. This place has been on a steady decline for years. There is no saving it, please do the city a favor and close it down so someone else can put something else in its location. It’s infuriating that six cars in a drive through takes 40 minutes to get served and that food is cold and inedible. Please for the love of food SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

I’ve hit this place up 2 consistently nights and each night I received great service and fresh food that was a baconator and spicy chicken nuggets. You can tell they work hard and care about their service to the customers. Shout out to Glen and everybody else on the night weekend night shifts there. Shogun sees you guys and appreciates you guys.

Do not go to this location! We have had multiple bad experiences! The most recent I bought a burger and found a very long hair in it. When I reached out to get the issue resolved the manager told me he could replace the meal or give me a refund. I ask for a refund because I no longer trusted this location after multiple visits in a row being bad experiences. After I sent that he never got back to me and still hasn't after trying multiple times reaching out. I still have received no resolution so I'm just out my money for something I didn't eat.

Horrible Wendy's! Walk in, workers just wandering around aimlessly. When the worker does come to the counter, mumbles the entire time and I could not understand a word he said. Ordered my Son of Baconator PLAIN, so he literally deletes everything on the burger, another person comes over and asks what I wanted in my burger, I literally had to EXPLAIN A PLAIN BURGER AS BUN, BURGER, CHEESE, BACON...BLANK STARES FROM BOTH WORKERS! The second worker stares at the screen and surprised says...OH I THINK HE JUST WANTS WHATS ON THE PLAIN BUTTON! Proceed to order the tangerine lemonade that they had a huge poster of next to the counter...BLANK STARE from the worker again, he had to go ask the woman worker that helped find the PLAIN button what that was, she ASKS ME WHERE I SAW IT? Had to point to

This place is absolutely disgusting and there's no customer service. Love getting ignored at the front counter to instead listen to how much the employees hate their life and job, swearing with no regard for professionalism. Employees touching face and rubbing nose in front of me 🥲 naw
