I ordered a Biggie meal including (A bacon cheeseburger and 4 count nugget) I ordered a drink as well, when I revived the food I only had a 4 count nugget, so I took it up with the staff and they were absolutely helpless and made me pay for the cheeseburger even though it was included in the meal, let alone the exact SAME price as the meal. The coffee drink that I ordered was not even close to what was advertised, even worse I asked for cream and the staff came out with ice cream. Honest review I’ve been to Wendy’s before many times this Wendy’s was absolutely horrible let alone the WORST fast food restaurant and staff I have ever been to. DO NOT RECOMMEND! They need help

Class Act on Veterans Day! Stopped by this Wendy’s on Veterans Day and was treated with genuine respect. No confusion, no hesitation, they honored the Veterans Day offer immediately and thanked me for my service. The staff was friendly, quick, and professional from start to finish. It’s a small gesture, but it shows real character. This location understands what appreciation actually looks like, and that’s why they’ll keep my business year-round.

If I could give a 0 I sure would. This place has the worst customer service ive ever seen. Let's start with the unprofessional arguing that they do behind the counter. Then when you go in to place an order, everyone ignores you and won't take orders. I then spoke up and asked politely was anyone going to take out order and she acted as if that was too much work huffing and puffing. She then threw her hands up and never came. We walked out and left. This is not the second unpleasant situation at this store.

Ordered a Jr. bacon cheeseburger biggie bag and got no bacon on it so I politely went back around and explained my order and said I got no bacon and if I can just get three slices of bacon for my burger (not remake it). I went around and, mind you very nice employees with great costumer service understood every everything I told them no complications and they where going to go fix it. Until ,ofc as a manager does , ask what happen. she then came to me at the window and asked what happened (after I just told the employees). She had kind of a attitude when I was polite (idk if it was just her southern accent) but then proceeds to make a whole nother sandwich but like was the attitude and trying to hurry up and get me out the drive through necessary? As if it was my fault they got it wrong. L
