I visit this Wendy’s all the time, and they never miss. Their breakfast is especially good — I love the French toast sticks. I honestly haven’t been disappointed yet, whether I stop by for breakfast or dinner. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, and the service is great no matter who’s working — younger or older staff, everyone is friendly and efficient. This location is definitely fast and reliable and one of my go-to spots. I’ve been multiple random times in the past two months.

Food was great. Drive thru workers were extremely rude for what reason I'm not sure. Just because your day is bad, doesn't mean you have to make others the same. Some kindness goes a long way.

Just got home with a $12.99 family-sized chili from the Godwin location. I very specifically asked for cheese and onion to be included and presumed the chili would be topped off with the cheese and onion like other locations do. Was told there would be an additional charge for the cheese. Fair enough. All said, order ran me $15 and some change. Got home and opened the bag to find two tiny side containers. One cheese and one onion and neither was remotely enough to top one serving of this chili. I had three mouths to feed with this order! What I wanna know, is who prepared a half gallon of chili and thought that these tiny side containers would suffice in completing the meal for multiple people? This place is absolutely terrible. 45mins to wait is common. Most of the time they won't answer the drive thru for almost 5 minutes. It makes you wonder if anyone is actually in there working but rest assured theyre sitting there on their phones or joking around. They gave us half of our order and by the time we got the remaining half at the drive thru window we had eaten nearly all of our fries and drank our drinks. I didn't think it was possible to be worse than the Main street one but sheesh. You get better service in Portsmouth 😂

An older Black gentlemen in his 50’s with glasses (presumably the Manager) nearly bumped into me twice without saying excuse me. That same guy later served customers at the register then SNEEZED in the direction of the food without ANY attempt to cover his mouth. By this point I’d already eaten the majority of my meal. The food was hot & fresh though. No one greeted me or made me feel welcomed at any point. I will never return to this location.
